Welcome to our Music Visualizer!

This project was created by Bella Tarantino, Keyla Castaneda Flores, and Miracle Awonuga. We created this music visualizer as our final project for Google's CSSI Program. Our goal was to create a visual experience for music lovers, specifically those with hearing impairments.

The music visualizer uses p5.js and p5.sound.js to visually represent songs. The main elements we use for the graphics are the frequency and amplitude of the audio, which gives an idea of where the main beats are, when the sound fluctuates in intensity, etc.

Our project is geared towards the people who are hearing impaired, so they can experience music in a new way. Whether you are a member of this community or simply interested in learning more, you can click on the link below for resources tailored to the HOH/Hearing Impaired community.
